The de Buyer Choc Extreme 4.5 L nonstick stew pan is a cast aluminium pan with high sides and a 24.1 cm (9.5") diameter, designed for stewing, steaming and preparing soups or stocks. Its 4.7 qt (4.5 L) capacity makes it suitable for cooking for approximately 4–8 people. The pan includes a glass lid and a Signature heat-stop handle made from cast stainless steel. The nonstick coating is scratch-resistant and formulated without PFOA and PFOS.
