## Long description

The Delock 12-inch network cabinet and switch cabinet with removable front cover 6U black 43424 is a reliable enclosure designed for the secure organization, housing, and protection of network hardware and IT components. Built for compact setups and professional office environments, this 12-inch cabinet offers a structured way to manage switches, routers, and other compatible network equipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Advantages
This 12-inch network cabinet provides robust protection for sensitive IT equipment against dust, accidental impacts, and unauthorized physical access in office or small-scale network spaces. The inclusion of a removable front cover ensures convenient and direct access to installed devices, simplifying maintenance, cabling, and hardware adjustments. Its compact 6U capacity makes efficient use of limited space while offering sufficient room for essential small-format network hardware. Finished in a professional black coating, the enclosure seamlessly integrates into modern office and server room aesthetics.
Suitable for
Housing small 12-inch network switches and routers
Organizing compact IT and server hardware setups
Small office and home office network installations
Protecting sensitive network components in limited spaces
When it may not be suitable
This cabinet is not designed for full-sized 19-inch rack-mount equipment, as it is specifically built for 12-inch hardware formats. It may also lack sufficient capacity and cooling infrastructure for large-scale enterprise server deployments requiring extensive hardware expansion.
Key specifications
Cabinet type: 12-inch network and switch cabinet
Height capacity: 6U
Cover: Removable front cover

How to use
Mount the cabinet securely to a suitable wall or place it on a stable surface depending on your spatial requirements. Remove the front cover to access the interior mounting space. Install your 12-inch network components and secure them properly within the 6U vertical space. Route cables carefully through the available openings to maintain proper organization and ventilation, then reattach the front cover to protect the housed hardware.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that your network hardware adheres to the 12-inch standard and fits within the 6U height limit
Measure your available wall or floor space to ensure proper placement and clearance for the removable front cover
