## Summary description

DELOCK fan grille designed for 92 x 92 mm computer cooling fans. This black metal guard protects fan blades from damage and prevents cables or foreign objects from interfering with fan operation. Ideal for PC modding, custom builds, and improving overall system safety in desktop computer cases.

## Long description

The DELOCK Fan Grille 92 x 92 mm Black is a reliable computer component accessory designed to enhance safety and organization within desktop computer cases. Measuring 92 x 92 mm, this black metal fan guard fits standard cooling fans of the corresponding size, shielding fan blades from external impact and preventing loose internal cables or foreign objects from interfering with moving parts. It is a practical addition for standard system builds, workstation maintenance, and custom PC modding projects where exposed fans require physical protection.
Advantages
This metal fan grille provides an effective barrier against accidental contact with spinning fan blades, significantly reducing the risk of damage to the fan and other internal hardware components. Its robust construction ensures long-lasting durability while maintaining a clean appearance inside the computer chassis. The black finish integrates smoothly with most internal hardware themes and dark computer cases. Additionally, the open mesh design allows for unrestricted airflow, ensuring that cooling efficiency is not compromised while safety is improved.
Suitable for
Covering 92 x 92 mm cooling fans in desktop computer cases
Protecting fan blades from cables and foreign objects in custom PC builds
Enhancing safety in PC modding and DIY computer assembly projects
Maintaining organized and safe internal airflow paths in workstation PCs
When it may not be suitable
This fan grille is not compatible with cooling fans of sizes other than 92 x 92 mm, such as smaller 80 mm or larger 120 mm fans. It is also not intended for industrial applications requiring specialized high-pressure guards or environments where heavy-duty mesh protection is mandatory.
Key specifications
Designed for 92 x 92 mm cooling fans
Constructed from durable metal
Finished in black color
Open mesh design for unhindered airflow
How to use
To install the fan grille, align the mounting holes of the grille with the corresponding screw holes on the 92 x 92 mm cooling fan and the chassis mounting surface. Secure the grille in place using standard fan screws, passing them through the grille mounting tabs and the fan corners directly into the case panel. Ensure that the screws are tightened evenly to hold the guard firmly without bending the metal mesh or the fan frame. Verify that the fan blades spin freely without obstruction after installation.
What to consider before purchase
Verify the exact dimensions of your computer cooling fans to ensure they measure 92 x 92 mm
Check available clearance inside the computer case to ensure the grille thickness fits comfortably
Ensure you have appropriate mounting screws available for installation
For optimal results, regularly inspect the fan grille and the underlying fan blades for dust accumulation and clean the mesh periodically to maintain unobstructed airflow and cooling performance.
