It combines drone-grade obstacle detection, high suction performance and a self-cleaning base station with separate clean and dirty water tanks to support extended autonomous operation.

DJI ROMO A detects and avoids very thin obstacles using sensors derived from DJI drone technology, provides up to 25,000 Pa suction and up to 20 L/s airflow from a high-performance motor and nine-blade metal fan, and reaches edges and corners with two adaptive robotic arms. Place the base station on a level surface near a 220–240 V AC outlet and charge the robot until the battery is full. Fill the base station clean and dirty water tanks following the instructions, attach the appropriate mop pads and add cleaning solution or floor deodoriser to the designated compartments if mopping is required. Start a cleaning cycle from the companion app or onboard controls. The robot will map the environment, extend its arms to reach edges and corners, perform vacuuming and mopping, and return to the base station for mop washing, dust emptying and self-cleaning when the cycle finishes.
