## Long description

Reinforced angle bracket DMX KP9 128.5×128.5×45×2.5 mm is a metal mounting component designed to provide rigid right-angle support and stable corner connections in furniture, frames, cabinets and general construction tasks. Made from galvanized steel DX51D + Z275 with a material thickness of 2.5 mm, this compact bracket offers high bending resistance and a wide pattern of perforation for use in both standard and non-standard mounting solutions. Rated load capacity is 18.2 kN.
Advantages
The DMX KP9 bracket combines reinforced angled sections and a broad perforation layout to allow flexible fixing arrangements while maintaining very high bending strength. Galvanized DX51D + Z275 steel ensures corrosion resistance for indoor and many outdoor applications. The compact dimensions and clear hole pattern simplify alignment and enable secure connections with a variety of fasteners.
Suitable for
Furniture corner reinforcement (cabinets, shelving units)
Frames and structural assemblies requiring compact right-angle supports
Repair and retrofit works with standard or custom fixing layouts

How to use
Position the DMX KP9 bracket at the required right-angle joint and align the perforation with the mating parts. Select fasteners appropriate for the base material and the required load transfer (for example wood screws for timber, concrete anchors for masonry, or bolts for metal structures). Pre-drilling may be necessary depending on fastener type and substrate. Tighten fasteners evenly to ensure flush contact and correct load distribution across the bracket.
Usage recommendations
Use fastener types and sizes listed in the specifications and follow manufacturer recommendations for anchor embedment depth and torque limits. For outdoor or highly corrosive environments consider additional protective measures despite the Z275 galvanizing layer, and verify load requirements before installation.
