S5 active cooler designed for Intel® Sapphire Rapids processors with FCLGA 4677 socket. It is intended for use in servers from 2U height and above, providing up to 350 watts of CPU heat dissipation. The cooler features an aluminum fin stack with five embedded heat pipes and a side-blow fan with PWM control.
