The cable uses a screened foiled twisted pair (S/FTP) design and RJ-45 connectors on both ends, providing shielding against electromagnetic interference and reduced crosstalk. It is designed for high-speed LAN links including 10 Gigabit Ethernet and for short patch connections in racks or between network devices.
