## Long description

The Eco Light P02 is a 2-meter recessed anodized aluminum profile engineered for the professional installation of LED strips. This profile provides a robust housing that protects LED components while ensuring efficient heat dissipation, which is essential for extending the lifespan of your lighting system. The included frosted diffuser softens the light output, eliminating harsh hotspots and creating a uniform, professional glow suitable for high-end interior design projects.
Advantages
The anodized aluminum construction offers superior durability and resistance to corrosion, making it a reliable choice for long-term installations. Its recessed design allows for a seamless, flush-mount appearance that integrates perfectly into surfaces, resulting in a clean and minimalist aesthetic. By effectively managing thermal energy, the profile maintains optimal operating temperatures for LED strips, ensuring consistent performance and brightness over time. The frosted cover provides excellent light diffusion, transforming individual LED points into a smooth line of light.
Suitable for
Architectural lighting in ceilings and walls
Under-cabinet and shelf lighting in furniture
Creating linear light accents in modern interiors
Recessed lighting installations in drywall or wood panels
When it may not be suitable
This profile is designed specifically for recessed mounting and may not be suitable for surface-mounted applications where a protruding profile is preferred. It is not intended for outdoor use or environments with high moisture levels unless additional sealing measures are taken.
Key specifications
Length: 2 meters
Material: Anodized aluminum
Diffuser type: Frosted
Mounting type: Recessed
How to use
To install the Eco Light P02, first prepare the mounting surface by cutting a channel of the appropriate width and depth. Secure the profile into the channel using suitable adhesive or mechanical fasteners. Once the profile is fixed, adhere your LED strip inside the channel, ensuring the surface is clean and dry for optimal adhesion. Finally, snap the frosted diffuser into place by pressing it firmly along the length of the profile until it clicks securely.
What to consider before purchase
Ensure the width of your LED strip is compatible with the internal dimensions of the profile.
Verify the depth of the mounting surface to accommodate the profile's recessed depth.
Consider the total length required for your project, as this profile comes in 2-meter segments.
Usage recommendations
For the best aesthetic results, ensure that the LED strip density is sufficient to prevent visible dark spots through the frosted diffuser. Always disconnect the power supply before performing any installation or maintenance work on the LED lighting system.
