Manufactured by EKO, this 5-litre pedal bin combines a durable white steel exterior with practical internal features to help keep your environment clean and tidy.
Advantages
The pedal bin features a convenient foot pedal mechanism that allows for hygienic, hands-free operation, reducing contact and preventing the spread of germs. Inside, a removable plastic inner bucket simplifies the process of emptying waste and cleaning the bin. The sturdy steel construction ensures long-lasting durability, while the sleek white finish offers a neutral and modern aesthetic that integrates smoothly into various interior styles.
Suitable for
Bathrooms and restrooms for daily hygiene waste
Office desks and individual workstations
Compact spaces such as small kitchens or utility areas
Dorm rooms and guest bedrooms
When it may not be suitable
This 5-litre pedal bin has a relatively small capacity and is not suitable for high-traffic commercial areas, large kitchens, or spaces generating large volumes of daily waste. It should not be used for heavy-duty industrial waste or sharp, oversized items.
Key specifications
Capacity: 5 litres
Material: Steel exterior with plastic inner bucket
Color: White
Operation type: Foot pedal
How to use
Place the pedal bin on a flat, stable surface in your desired location. Ensure the removable plastic inner bucket is properly fitted inside the steel outer shell before use. Step gently on the foot pedal at the base of the bin to open the lid, deposit your waste, and release the pedal to close the lid securely. To empty the bin, lift out the plastic inner bucket using its handle, empty the contents into a larger waste receptacle, clean the bucket as needed, and place it back inside the bin.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that the 5-litre capacity is sufficient for your intended usage space
Check the physical dimensions to ensure it fits comfortably in your designated spot
Consider the white steel finish against your existing room decor
Usage recommendations: Empty the inner bucket regularly and clean it with mild soap and water to prevent odors and maintain hygiene. Avoid using abrasive cleaners on the exterior steel surface to preserve the white finish.
