This component ensures a durable fit and seamless integration within piping networks, offering efficient routing and protection for wiring or fluid transport in various applications.
Advantages
The coupling provides a dependable and stable connection for 16mm plastic pipes, helping to maintain the structural integrity of the installation network. Its design allows for straightforward integration into existing or new setups, contributing to neat and organized cable routing or fluid management. Constructed from sturdy plastic materials, it supports long-term reliability and consistent performance across residential, commercial, or industrial environments.
Suitable for
Connecting 16mm plastic pipes in electrical wiring installations
Joining piping segments in general plumbing applications
Securing protective conduits for cables and wires
Extending existing 16mm pipe networks
When it may not be suitable
This coupling is not designed for pipes with diameters other than 16mm, meaning it will not fit smaller or larger piping systems. It is also unsuitable for high-pressure industrial fluid systems or extreme temperature applications that exceed the operational limits of standard plastic pipe couplings.
Key specifications
Compatible pipe diameter: 16mm
Material: Durable plastic
Application type: Pipe coupling for electrical and plumbing systems
How to use
To use the coupling, ensure that the ends of the 16mm plastic pipes are clean, dry, and free from burrs or debris. Insert each pipe end firmly into the designated port of the coupling until it is fully seated and secure. Depending on the specific installation requirements and system type, use appropriate adhesives or locking mechanisms to maintain a fixed position.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that your existing pipes have an outer diameter of 16mm
Confirm compatibility with your specific electrical or plumbing project requirements
Check the environmental conditions of the installation site to ensure suitability for plastic fittings
Regularly inspect connected pipe sections during routine maintenance to ensure the coupling remains secure and properly aligned within the installation network.
