The EMU Electronic AM 12-12 is a sealed, maintenance-free VRLA AGM lead-acid battery with a nominal voltage of 12 V and a capacity of 12 Ah. Designed for a service life of 6–9 years, the electrolyte is absorbed into highly porous fiberglass separators between the plates. The battery uses an internal gas recombination cycle to minimise electrolyte loss and is suitable for installation in occupied rooms without forced ventilation. A one-way, self-regulating pressure relief valve prevents excessive pressure buildup.
