The ETA002896020 is a compatible accessory for Gratus (ETA 0028), Gustus (ETA 0128), Kuliner (ETA 0038), Gratussino (ETA 0023) and Name / Mezo (ETA 0030/0033) food processors. With its help, you can quickly mill quality homemade flour from various types of cereals and legumes. It can easily process wheat, rye, oats, barley, buckwheat, lentils, peas, chickpeas, beans, rice and millet. You can even peel soya. This will be especially appreciated by people suffering from coeliac disease. You can therefore mill gluten-free flour yourself at any time.

Low-speed milling technology
This technology is maximally friendly to cereals, legumes and rice. It prevents flour from becoming excessively heated, thus maintaining its optimum quality and freshness. You won't lose enzymes, oils or vitamins. Freshly milled flour not only contains all of these nutrients and unsaturated fatty acids healthy for your body, it also smells very beautiful and is very tasty.
