## Long description

EXEC AP012 is a push-button (click-clack) basin waste designed for use in bathroom sinks. The unit features a press-to-open/press-to-close pop-up stopper mechanism that fits standard sink drain openings and provides reliable control of water retention and release. Finished in chrome, the drain offers a streamlined appearance suitable for a range of bathroom styles and is intended for both residential and commercial washbasins.
Advantages
The chrome finish resists corrosion and provides an easy-to-clean surface while the click-clack mechanism allows tool-free operation and quick switching between open and closed positions. The compact design integrates with most basin types and reduces visible hardware for a minimalist look. Construction is engineered for straightforward installation and consistent sealing performance during normal use.
Suitable for
Standard bathroom washbasins in homes and apartments
Public or commercial restrooms where a simple, durable drain is required
Renovation projects seeking a chrome finish and minimalist appearance
Replacement of existing pop-up or plug-style basin wastes
Key specifications
Operation type: push-button (click-clack) press-to-open/press-to-close mechanism
Finish: chrome
Suitable opening: standard basin drain diameter
Mounting: top-mounted in basin drain hole
Material: corrosion-resistant metal components (chrome-plated)
How to use
To operate, press the button on the drain cover once to close and retain water in the basin; press again to release and allow drainage. The mechanism is spring-assisted and designed for simple, repeated use without tools. Routine cleaning of the visible surface and occasional inspection of the seal will help maintain performance; remove and clean trapped debris from the drain as needed to prevent slow drainage.
