The Extralink Pilot cable pulling rod is a 13 mm diameter, 350 m long fibreglass (FRP) rod in a high-visibility yellow finish designed for installing and routing cables in conduit, ducts and confined spaces. The rod is supplied on a powder-coated metal stand with a manual brake and guidance eye for controlled unwinding and storage. A protective yellow PE coating improves sliding through bends and conduits while the finished guiding head simplifies entry into conduits and ducts. The non-conductive fibreglass construction reduces electrical risk and the rod’s combination of elasticity and tear resistance supports long runs and multiple bends.
