The cable uses an FTTH-type construction with a PVC outer jacket and bend-insensitive G.657.A1 fibre, providing consistent single-mode transmission in confined spaces such as patch cabinets, distribution boxes and subscriber terminals. The 1.5 m length is intended for short interconnections and customer termination during FTTx installations.
