## Long description

Sanding sheet Faster Tools Brown abrasive 80 grit 115 mm × 2.5 m is a standard abrasive roll for home and professional use. It is intended for sanding metal, wood, varnish, paint, stain and plaster surfaces where medium-coarse abrasion is needed. The cloth backing with aluminum oxide grains provides uniform material removal and reliable surface preparation for painting, finishing and repair tasks; the roll format allows cutting to custom lengths and fitting to various sanding tools.
Advantages
The cloth backing ensures durability and flexibility when sanding contoured or flat surfaces. Aluminum oxide abrasive grains offer long life and stable cutting performance on wood, metal and painted surfaces. The 80 grit provides medium-coarse abrasion suitable for removing old finishes, leveling rough surfaces and preparing substrates for subsequent coatings. The 115 mm width and 2.5 m length give enough material for multiple jobs and allow easy trimming to size.
Suitable for
Sanding wooden boards and furniture prior to finishing
Removing old paint, varnish or stain
Preparing metal surfaces before priming or painting
Leveling plaster or filler and smoothing rough surfaces
Use with manual sanding blocks or compatible sanding machines

How to use
Cut the required length from the roll to match your sanding block or machine. For manual sanding, attach the sheet to a suitable block or fold it by hand and sand with even pressure along the grain on wood or across areas on metal and painted surfaces. When using power sanders, ensure compatibility with the sander and secure the sheet according to the tool instructions. Replace the sheet when abrasive performance decreases or the backing is damaged.
Usage recommendations
For best results, start with 80 grit to remove old finishes or level rough areas, then progress to finer grits for final smoothing. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, dust mask, eye protection) and work in a well-ventilated area to avoid inhaling dust.
