How to use
Begin by filling the water reservoir with fresh, clean water and turning on the machine to allow it to reach the optimal brewing temperature. Grind your chosen coffee beans to a fine consistency suitable for espresso extraction. Dose the ground coffee evenly into the portafilter basket, tamp it firmly to create a level bed, and lock the portafilter securely into the group head. Place your cup beneath the spout and initiate the manual extraction process, monitoring the flow to achieve your desired espresso shot volume and quality.
What to consider before purchase
Ensure you have a reliable standalone coffee grinder capable of producing fine espresso grinds
Check available counter space in your kitchen for the machine dimensions
Consider your willingness to learn and apply manual espresso preparation techniques
Usage recommendations: Regularly clean and backflush the group head and portafilter after each use to prevent coffee oil buildup and maintain optimal flavor extraction. Descale the machine periodically according to your local water hardness level to ensure long-term durability and consistent performance.
