The fischer screw anchor FAZ II Plus (FISCHER 564575) is a zinc-plated steel anchor designed for secure fastening in concrete and solid masonry. With an 8 mm diameter and 95 mm length, this pack of 50 anchors is suitable for M8 connecting threads and intended for applications that require high tensile strength and reliable load transfer into the substrate, including installation in cracked and non-cracked concrete and solid sand-lime brick.
Advantages
The FAZ II Plus enables quicker and easier assembly because drill hole cleaning is not required for sizes M8–M24. It holds numerous approvals for substrates such as concrete (C12/15–C80/90), steel fiber concrete and solid sand-lime brick, expanding its fields of use. Recent ETA assessment increases the tensile strengths, which can reduce the number of required fixing points. Drill the hole to the specified diameter and depth for M8 anchors. For sizes M8–M24 note that drill hole cleaning is not required before installation. Position the anchor either as pre-positioned or push-through and, if needed, use the long thread for stand-off installation. Apply the recommended installation torque; the cone bolt will be pulled into the expansion sleeve, expanding it against the drill hole wall. The anchor is set in accordance with the approval when the preset torque is reached. For series installations, use the FABS or FA-ST II setting tools to ensure consistent setting depth and torque.
