The fischer bolt anchor FAZ II Plus (model 564585) is a steel screw anchor designed for secure fastening in cracked and non-cracked concrete as well as in solid masonry. Supplied as a pack of 20 anchors with a 245 mm length and M10 connecting thread, the zinc-plated steel anchor offers high tensile strengths and a wide range of applications including railings, cable trays and consoles. The anchor is faster to install for sizes M8–M24 because drill hole cleaning is not required, and variable anchorage depths allow millimetre-accurate adjustment to loads.

How to use
Drill the hole to the specified diameter and depth for the chosen anchor size. For sizes M8–M24 drill hole cleaning is not required prior to installation. Insert the FAZ II Plus anchor either as a pre-positioned or push-through installation; the long thread is also suitable for stand-off installation. Apply the specified installation torque using a torque wrench: the cone bolt will be pulled into the expansion sleeve and expand it against the drill hole wall. The anchor is set when the preset torque is reached. For series installations use the FABS or FA-ST II setting tools. If required by the application, fit the FFD filling disc to fill the annular gap for seismic installations.
