## Long description

The Flex DISTAR Diamond Crown RS-TX 32mm x 450mm Dry Core Bit with a 1 1/4" connection is a high-performance diamond core bit designed for efficient and precise dry core drilling in professional construction and renovation applications. Built to handle demanding materials without requiring water cooling, this diamond crown delivers clean results and consistent drilling speeds. Its robust construction ensures reliable operation and extended service life when tackling tough masonry and building structures.
Advantages
This dry core bit provides exceptional durability and stability during intensive drilling operations. The high-quality diamond segments ensure fast material removal and maintain clean cutting edges throughout the lifespan of the tool. Designed for dry drilling, it eliminates the need for water supply setups, making it highly convenient for indoor jobs and dry-only environments. The standard 1 1/4 inch connection ensures broad compatibility with various core drilling motors.
Suitable for
Drilling 32 mm diameter holes through hard building materials
Dry core drilling in professional construction and renovation projects
Creating utility passages and fixing anchor points in masonry
Job sites where water cooling is unavailable or impractical
When it may not be suitable
This diamond core bit is not recommended for drilling through heavy steel reinforcement within reinforced concrete structures, as it is primarily optimized for standard masonry and building materials. It should not be used with handheld rotary drills that lack the proper core drilling mount or power capacity required for 32 mm dry bits.
Key specifications
Diameter: 32 mm
Length: 450 mm
Drilling method: Dry
Connection type: 1 1/4 inch
How to use
Begin by securely mounting the diamond core bit onto a compatible core drilling machine with a 1 1/4 inch connection. Ensure the drilling area is clearly marked and secure the tool firmly before starting. Initiate drilling at a moderate speed without applying excessive force, allowing the diamond segments to cut smoothly into the material. Maintain a steady feed rate and clear out accumulated dust periodically to prevent overheating and ensure optimal drilling efficiency.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that your drilling equipment is compatible with a 1 1/4 inch connection type
Check that the 32 mm diameter and 450 mm length match your specific project requirements
Confirm that your application involves dry drilling conditions
For optimal performance and maximum tool life, allow the diamond core bit to cool down periodically during extended drilling sessions and avoid applying excessive lateral pressure.
