## Summary description

Flexline FL31-47035 networking cable with a length of 2 metres, designed for high-speed data transmission up to 40000 Mbit/s. Built to Cat8.1 standards with U/FTP shielding and equipped with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. This black patch cord ensures reliable and secure connections in demanding network environments.

## Long description

The Flexline FL31-47035 Cat8.1 U/FTP Networking Cable RJ-45 2 m Black 40000 Mbit/s is a high-performance patch cord engineered for exceptionally fast data transmission and reliable network connectivity in demanding environments. With a length of 2 metres, this black networking cable supports speeds up to 40000 Mbit/s, making it an ideal choice for high-bandwidth applications, data centers, and advanced professional setups where speed and stability are critical.
Constructed according to Cat8.1 standards and featuring U/FTP shielding, the cable provides robust protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. This ensures a clean and stable signal transmission even in environments with heavy electronic interference. The standard RJ-45 connectors on both ends allow for straightforward compatibility with a wide range of networking hardware.
Advantages
This networking cable delivers outstanding performance by supporting data rates up to 40000 Mbit/s, which meets the demands of modern high-speed networks. The inclusion of U/FTP shielding significantly reduces signal degradation caused by external electromagnetic interference, ensuring data integrity over the 2-metre length. Its durable construction and standard RJ-45 connectors facilitate secure and stable connections across various enterprise and high-performance home networking devices.
Suitable for
High-speed data centers and server rooms
Connecting network switches, routers, and high-performance workstations
Advanced gaming setups requiring ultra-low latency and maximum bandwidth
Professional audio and video streaming environments
When it may not be suitable
This networking cable may not be necessary for standard home internet connections or basic office tasks that operate at lower speeds where Cat8.1 performance is not utilized. Additionally, the 2-metre length limits its use to short-distance connections, making it unsuitable for bridging long distances between rooms or separate network installations.
Key specifications
Cable standard: Cat8.1
Shielding type: U/FTP
Data transfer rate: up to 40000 Mbit/s
Cable length: 2 metres
Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
Colour: Black
How to use
To use the networking cable, insert the RJ-45 connector on one end into the network port of your active device, such as a router, switch, or computer. Insert the opposite RJ-45 connector into the corresponding port of the receiving device. Ensure that the connectors click firmly into place to establish a secure physical connection. No additional configuration or software is required for the cable to function.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that your networking hardware supports high-speed connections to fully utilize the performance capabilities of the cable
Check the required cable length to ensure that 2 metres is sufficient for your specific setup
Confirm that your devices are equipped with standard RJ-45 ports
Usage recommendations: Handle the cable with care to avoid sharp bends or excessive pulling that could damage the internal wiring or shielding. Route the cable away from heavy power sources to maintain optimal signal quality in complex network installations.
