## Long description

The Flo 89889 Telescopic Fruit Picker 5m is a practical gardening tool designed for safe and efficient harvesting of apples, pears, and other tree fruits directly from the ground. Featuring an adjustable telescopic handle, this fruit picker provides a maximum reach of 5 meters to easily access high and hard-to-reach branches without the need for a ladder. It helps protect both the fruit and the tree from damage during the harvesting process, making it an essential accessory for home orchards, gardens, and small agricultural plots.
Advantages
The telescopic fruit picker allows users to harvest crops safely from ground level, eliminating the stability risks associated with ladders. Its adjustable reach up to 5 meters accommodates trees of various heights. The design minimizes physical strain and prevents fruit bruising by catching harvested items securely. Constructed from durable materials, the tool offers reliable performance throughout the harvesting season while remaining lightweight enough for comfortable handling.
Suitable for
Harvesting apples, pears, and similar tree fruits in home orchards
Reaching high branches without using a ladder
Quick and safe collection of ripe fruit from garden trees
Gardening tasks requiring extended vertical reach
When it may not be suitable
This fruit picker may not be suitable for harvesting very large or heavy fruits that exceed the capacity of the collection basket. It is also not designed for commercial-scale harvesting operations that require heavy-duty industrial equipment.
Key specifications
Maximum reach: 5 meters
Adjustable telescopic handle
Designed for apples, pears, and other tree fruits
Manufacturer code: 89889
How to use
Extend the telescopic handle to the desired length to reach the target fruit on the tree branch. Position the gathering ring around the fruit so that the stem is aligned with the cutting blade or picking prongs. Gently pull or twist the handle to detach the fruit, allowing it to fall securely into the attached collection bag. Repeat the process as needed, periodically emptying the collection bag to maintain manageable weight during operation.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that the maximum 5-meter reach is suitable for the height of your fruit trees
Consider storage space availability for a telescopic tool of this length
Assess the weight and handling comfort during extended use
Usage recommendations: Inspect all connection points and the telescopic locking mechanism before each use to ensure stability. Clean the collection bag and metal components after harvesting to prevent residue buildup and prolong the lifespan of the tool. Store in a dry, protected place away from direct moisture.
