Its refractory stone and powerful heating elements reach high temperatures up to 400° C, allowing the dough to cook quickly while preserving the topping and reproducing results similar to professional Neapolitan ovens. The compact unit (350 mm × 335 mm × 200 mm) with stainless steel heating elements and included aluminium pizza peel is designed for one pizza at a time and can also be used for baking pies, cakes, wraps and chestnuts without producing cooking smoke or unpleasant odours.
