The G3 Ferrari G10204 Pizza PRO 2 minuti is an electric pizza oven for home use that bakes one pizza up to 30 cm in diameter. Combining a refractory stone with high temperatures (up to 450°C) and independent top and base temperature control, this oven cooks Neapolitan, thin & crispy, pan and frozen pizzas evenly and quickly. The unit includes a removable refractory stone and a large aluminium peel and features a digital display with six preset programs plus manual mode for customised recipes.
