## Long description

The Silicone mat GALICJA 8158 is a practical kitchen accessory designed to facilitate baking, rolling out dough, and general food preparation tasks. Manufactured by Galicja, this flexible non-stick mat provides a reliable and stable work surface that protects countertops while preventing dough and other food items from sticking during use. Measuring 60 x 40 cm, it offers ample space for various culinary activities.
Advantages
This silicone baking mat is crafted from flexible, non-stick material that significantly reduces the need for excessive flour or oil when rolling out dough. Its reliable surface ensures that baked goods release effortlessly without tearing or leaving residue. Furthermore, the mat is easy to clean after use, saving time during kitchen maintenance, and can be easily rolled or stored flat without taking up excessive space.
Suitable for
Rolling out pastry, cookie dough, and bread dough
Baking various food items directly in the oven
General food preparation and kitchen counter protection
When it may not be suitable
This product may not be suitable for tasks requiring direct exposure to open flames or heating elements, as silicone can be damaged by extreme direct heat. Additionally, users who prefer rigid cutting surfaces for heavy chopping may find a flexible mat less appropriate for their specific needs.
Key specifications
Dimensions: 60 x 40 cm
Material: Silicone
Properties: Flexible and non-stick
Application: Baking, rolling out dough, and food preparation
How to use
Place the silicone mat flat on a clean, dry countertop or baking sheet before starting your food preparation. Lightly dust the surface with flour if necessary, then place your dough on the mat and use a rolling pin to achieve the desired thickness. For baking applications, place the mat directly onto an oven-safe tray and arrange your food items on top. After use, wash the mat with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and allow it to dry completely before storing.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that the 60 x 40 cm dimensions fit your workspace or oven tray
Ensure that the flexible silicone material meets your intended cooking and baking requirements
Usage recommendations: Wash the mat thoroughly before first use. Avoid using sharp knives or metal utensils directly on the silicone surface to prevent cuts and punctures. Store the mat flat or loosely rolled to maintain its shape and durability over time.
