## Summary description

ga.ma Gama Colour & Dark is a 6 kg laundry detergent powder formulated for dark and colored fabrics. Designed to protect colors and prevent fading, it supports up to 100 washes and is suitable for regular machine and hand washing of garments, linens and mixed-fabric items requiring color care.

## Long description

ga.ma Gama Colour & Dark 6 kg is a concentrated laundry detergent powder formulated specifically for dark and colored fabrics. The formulation aims to protect color intensity and reduce fading across repeated washes, while being suitable for both machine and hand washing. Packaged to provide up to 100 washes, this powder is intended for regular laundering of garments, household linens and mixed-fabric items that need color care.
Advantages
The detergent combines color-protection ingredients with a cleaning base designed to remove everyday soils without aggressive bleaching agents. Its concentrated format means a single large pack can cover many wash cycles, reducing the frequency of repurchase. The powder dissolves in typical washing conditions and is compatible with standard machines and manual washing techniques.
Suitable for
Dark garments such as black jeans, coats and knitwear
Colored clothing and fabrics where color retention is important
Mixed loads that contain multiple colored items
Household textiles like pillowcases, duvet covers and table linens
Hand washing delicates that tolerate powdered detergent
When it may not be suitable
This powder is formulated for dark and colored textiles and does not contain optical brighteners or bleaching agents intended for whitening. It may not be suitable for intensive stain removal of heavily soiled items that require specialized detergents or oxygen-based stain removers. Very delicate fabrics labeled 'dry clean only' or item-specific care instructions should not be washed with this detergent.
Key specifications

 Form: powder
Intended fabric type: dark and colored textiles
Recommended wash types: machine and hand washing
Approximate number of washes: up to 100 (depending on dose and load size)
How to use
Measure the recommended dose according to load size and visible soiling; for machine washing add powder to the detergent drawer or dispenser compartment before starting the cycle. For hand washing, dissolve the appropriate amount in water and agitate garments gently, then rinse thoroughly. Follow garment care labels and use water temperature consistent with fabric recommendations to preserve color and fabric integrity.
What to consider before purchase
Check garment care labels to ensure suitability for machine or hand washing.
Consider water hardness in your area and adjust dosing if necessary.
Review any sensitivity or allergy considerations for household members when choosing detergent formulations.
Storage space and shelf usage: large 6 kg pack requires dry, cool storage.
Usage recommendations
For best color retention, wash dark and colored items inside out, use appropriate water temperature as per care labels, avoid overfilling the machine, and dose the powder according to load size and soil level. When mixing with other products, avoid combining powdered detergent directly with concentrated bleach or strong oxidizers.
