It features two reversible die-cast aluminum grilling plates—one smooth plancha surface and one ridged BBQ surface—offering an extra-large combined grilling area of approximately 1300 cm². The plates are removable, have a non-stick coating and are dishwasher-safe. The unit includes an adjustable thermostat with six settings from 90° to 240°C (±10°C), an integrated grease drip-tray, a stainless steel splash guard, and a cleaning spatula.
