The GASTROBACK Barbecue Grill Design BBQ Advanced Smart is a versatile electric contact grill with a rectangular form factor, stainless steel and black finish, and touch control. With 2100 W power and adjustable heating plates, it supports a range of cooking modes and can be used folded as a compact contact grill or unfolded as a larger barbecue surface. Removable, dishwasher-safe plates and an integrated grease drip tray simplify cleaning.
Advantages
This grill offers a dedicated steak program with four doneness levels (Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Well-Done) that automatically adapts grilling time to meat thickness. Six preset programs cover steak, poultry, burger, bratwurst, sandwich and fish, plus a manual mode with adjustable temperature.
