Gelid TP-GP04-D is a thermal interface pad designed to ensure effective thermal contact between heatsinks and components on PCBs with height differences or uneven surfaces. The 90×50×2 mm pad features a multilayer matrix and a composition engineered for high thermal conductivity, allowing it to fill gaps and improve heat transfer for GPUs, CPUs, VRMs, power MOSFETs, chipsets, analog ICs, microcontroller units and other high-temperature SMD components.
