## Long description

The Godox AD-E light stand is designed to support the AD200 Pro flash unit with stable, adjustable positioning. Constructed for studio and on-location use, the stand offers variable height and a secure mounting interface that matches the AD200 Pro form factor. Its compact folding design and robust materials provide reliable support while allowing quick setup and repositioning during portrait, product or event shoots.
Advantages
The stand provides secure mechanical support for the AD200 Pro and allows precise height adjustment to control light placement. Durable construction ensures long-term stability under typical photography loads, while the mounting interface enables fast attachment and removal of the flash. The design balances portability and rigidity, making it easy to transport between studio and location sessions without sacrificing dependable support.
Suitable for
Portrait photography in a studio or on location
Product photography requiring controlled lighting angles
Event and reportage shooting where fast setup is needed
Small studio set-ups and compact location kits
Key specifications
Adjustable height range suitable for tabletop to standing setups
Sturdy support construction designed for compact flash units
Compatibility with the physical mounting requirements of the AD200 Pro
Compact, foldable form for transport and storage
Stable base design to reduce tipping risk under normal use
How to use
Open and position the folded stand on a flat, stable surface. Extend the central column and lock the sections at the required height using the integrated clamps. Attach the AD200 Pro to the mounting receiver and ensure the connection is secure before releasing the unit. Adjust the height and angle as needed to achieve the desired light direction, and check stability after each repositioning. When finished, remove the flash, collapse the sections, and secure the stand for transport or storage.
Usage recommendations
Use on level surfaces and avoid overloading the stand beyond the weight range typical for the AD200 Pro and small modifiers. For increased stability with larger modifiers or uneven ground, add sandbags or place the stand on a secure platform. Regularly inspect locking mechanisms and joints for wear, and tighten connections before each session.
