GOOBAY 59608 is a 1 m OS2 single-mode fibre optic patch cable for FTTH and other indoor optical connections. It has an SC connector on one end and an LC connector on the other, a 9 µm core single-mode fibre (ITU-T G.657) and a white LSZH jacket suitable for space-saving installations and short interconnect runs in homes, offices and data centres.
Advantages
The cable supports up to 100 Gbit/s and uses bend-optimised single-mode fibre with a static minimum bending radius of 30 mm to reduce attenuation in tight routing. The LSZH outer sheath is halogen-free and flame-retardant (IEC 60754‑2, IEC 60332‑1, IEC 61034), and aramid yarn reinforcement provides strain relief and extra mechanical stability. Dust caps are included and each cable is supplied with an individual test protocol showing insertion loss and return loss measurements.
