## Long description

The Goobay 75696 USB Type-C to HDMI video cable adapter is a 1-meter connection solution designed to link USB-C enabled host devices directly to HDMI displays, monitors, or projectors. It enables stable and reliable signal transmission for high-resolution video and audio output.
Advantages
This cable adapter facilitates seamless connection between modern source devices and standard display terminals without requiring additional adapters or separate cables. It supports high-bandwidth data transfer rates up to 18 Gbit/s, allowing the transmission of uncompressed multimedia content. The integrated circuitry ensures stable operation for high-definition content while maintaining compatibility with standard device interfaces.
Suitable for
Connecting laptops and smartphones to external monitors for presentations
Streaming multimedia content from tablets to televisions
Setting up extended workspace configurations in home and office environments
When it may not be suitable
This cable is unidirectional and transmits signals exclusively from a USB-C source to an HDMI display. It cannot be used to transmit video signals from an HDMI source to a USB-C display.
Key specifications
Cable length: 1 m
Connector 1: USB Type-C male
Connector 2: HDMI male

How to use
Connect the USB Type-C male connector directly to the compatible port on your host device, such as a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Then, connect the HDMI male connector to the input port of your television, monitor, or projector. Ensure that the display input source is set to the correct HDMI port.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that your host device supports video output over its USB-C port (such as DisplayPort Alternate Mode or Thunderbolt functionality).
Confirm that a 1-meter cable length is sufficient for the physical distance between your source device and display.
Usage recommendations
Handle the connectors with care during insertion and removal to prevent bending or damaging the pins. Avoid sharp bends or heavy mechanical stress on the cable to maintain long-term durability and signal integrity.
