GOOBAY InfiniBand/FTTH fibre optic cable, 5 m, OS2 single-mode with 9 µm core diameter, offers a factory-tested simplex connection using an SC connector on one end and an LC connector on the other. The cable is intended for FTTH installations, data-centre links and high-speed InfiniBand connections where single-mode transmission with low attenuation and controlled return loss is required. The white LSZH jacket and reinforced strain relief with aramid yarn support installation in environments where low smoke and flame-retardant behaviour are important.

This OS2 single-mode patch cord is bend-optimised to allow space-saving routing with a specified minimum static bending radius of 30 mm without increasing attenuation.
