Its 3-ply professional-grade stainless steel construction with an aluminium core provides even heat distribution and efficient performance on induction and other stovetops. The exterior has a multi-ply stainless finish with Evershine treatment, wrapped rims for impact protection, and silhouette rivets to keep the interior snag-free.
