The pans combine a professional-grade 3-ply stainless steel construction with an aluminium core for even heat distribution and induction compatibility, plus a diamond-enhanced Thermolon Infinity Pro non-stick coating that is extremely durable, scratch-resistant and PFAS-free. The set has an Evershine finish, wrapped rims for impact protection and silhouette rivets to keep the interior snag-free.
