## Long description

Ensure safety during cycling and scootering with the Hornit Jurassic S children's helmet. Designed for head sizes ranging from 48 to 53 cm, this protective helmet combines a fun dinosaur-themed design with reliable everyday head protection for young riders. Ideal for active children commuting to school or enjoying outdoor play.
Advantages
The Hornit Jurassic S children's helmet provides essential protection for young cyclists and scooter riders by combining safety standards with an engaging aesthetic that children are happy to wear. Its carefully engineered construction absorbs impact during everyday use, while the adjustable sizing mechanism ensures a snug and secure fit as the child grows within the specified head circumference range. The playful dinosaur theme encourages kids to willingly put on their protective gear before heading out, making safety routines much easier for parents.
Suitable for
Cycling on pavement and bike paths
Scooter riding in parks and neighborhoods
Commuting to school on wheels
Outdoor recreational play
When it may not be suitable
This helmet is not designed for high-impact motor sports, skateboarding on professional ramps, or contact sports. It may also not provide a proper fit for children whose head measurements fall outside the 48 to 53 cm range.
Key specifications
Protective helmet for children
Head size range: 48 to 53 cm
Design theme: Jurassic dinosaur
Suitable activities: Cycling and scootering
How to use
To use the Hornit Jurassic S children's helmet correctly, place it level on the head so that it covers the forehead and does not tilt backward. Adjust the retention system at the back until the helmet feels snug but comfortable without excessive pressure. Fasten the chin strap and adjust the sliders below the ears so the strap forms a secure V-shape. Ensure the buckle is securely clicked and the strap is tight enough that no more than one or two fingers fit underneath, yet loose enough for comfortable breathing and mouth movement.
What to consider before purchase
Measure the child's head circumference accurately before buying to ensure it falls within the 48-53 cm range
Check that the dinosaur design appeals to the child to encourage consistent use
Verify that the helmet is intended for non-motorized cycling and scootering activities
Usage recommendations: Regularly inspect the helmet for any signs of cracks, deep scratches, or structural damage, and replace it immediately if it has been subjected to a severe impact. Store the helmet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and harsh chemicals, and clean the outer shell gently using mild soap and water only.
