## Long description

The Half Helmet Razor Military Multicolour MIM912 HORNIT is a stylish and protective children's helmet designed for young riders who value safety and appearance. Crafted with a durable hard shell construction and finished with a glossy coating, this half helmet provides reliable protection while ensuring comfort and breathability during daily use. Featuring a unique military multicolour design, it combines practical functionality with a distinctive aesthetic that appeals to children and teenagers alike. The helmet is fully adjustable to accommodate growing heads and includes an integrated LED light for enhanced visibility during low-light conditions, such as riding home from school in winter.
Advantages
This Hornit helmet offers a combination of safety, durability, and visual appeal that makes it stand out from standard protective gear. The robust hard shell construction absorbs impacts effectively, safeguarding the wearer during various riding activities. Its lightweight design ensures that children do not experience neck strain, even during extended wear. The inclusion of an integrated LED safety light provides an extra layer of visibility for evening or winter commutes. Furthermore, the fully adjustable fit system allows the helmet to grow with the user, ensuring secure placement and long-term usability.
Suitable for
Bicycle riding for children and teenagers
Scooter and skateboard commuting
Roller skating and recreational sports
Riding home from school in low-light winter conditions
When it may not be suitable
This helmet may not be suitable for high-speed motorized vehicle use, such as dirt bikes or motorcycles, as it is designed specifically for non-motorized recreational riding like cycling and scootering. Additionally, users with head circumferences outside the specified range will require a different size.
Key specifications
Hard shell construction with a glossy finish
Half helmet design for breathability
Fully adjustable fit system
Integrated LED safety light
Size range: 53-58 cm
How to use
To use the helmet correctly, place it level on the head so that it covers the forehead and does not tilt backward. Adjust the strap sliders located below each ear so the straps form a comfortable V-shape. Fasten the chin buckle and adjust the tension until it feels secure yet comfortable under the chin, allowing enough space to fit one finger between the strap and the chin. Use the rear adjustment dial to fine-tune the fit until the helmet remains stable and does not shift during movement.
What to consider before purchase
Verify the user's head circumference to ensure it falls within the 53-58 cm range
Assess the intended riding activities to ensure a half helmet meets the necessary safety requirements
Consider the need for battery replacements for the integrated LED light
Usage recommendations: Regularly inspect the helmet shell, straps, and buckle for signs of wear or damage before each ride. Clean the exterior using mild soap and water, avoiding harsh chemicals that may degrade the hard shell materials. Store the helmet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.
