The HPE 5406R Silver (part of the HP 5400R zl2 Switch Series) is a modular campus access switch designed for high-performance wired and wireless aggregation. It provides Smart Rate multi‑gigabit ports, high switching capacity and a 2 Tbps crossbar fabric based on the 6th generation HP Networking ASIC to support dense 802.11ac deployments, converged services and demanding enterprise traffic without add‑on software licensing.
