The ICY BOX IB-166SSK-B is a black 3.5" HDD enclosure for installation in a 5.25" bay that supports SATA III and SAS drives and allows tool-free hot-swapping. The trayless mobile rack uses the Easy Swap® mechanism: after fitting the enclosure in a drive bay, open the front panel, insert a 3.5" hard drive and close the panel to secure the drive. The aluminium housing is fanless and includes rubber padding to reduce vibration and noise.
