## Long description

IGEPA Pollux A4 printing paper is a universal, matt-finish paper designed for everyday office and home use. Each pack contains 500 sheets of white, 80 g/m² paper in A4 format (210 x 297 mm), suitable for common office tasks. The matt surface provides a professional appearance for text documents and colour prints while supporting consistent performance in a variety of printers and copiers.
Advantages
The matt surface reduces glare and improves legibility for both black-and-white and colour prints. At 80 g/m², the paper balances opacity and feed reliability, delivering crisp text definition and good ink absorption without excessive show-through. The pack of 500 sheets offers extended supply for high-volume printing needs. Compatibility with inkjet and laser printers as well as multifunction devices ensures consistent results across typical office equipment.
Suitable for
 Office documents, letters and memos
 Internal reports and project documentation
 Presentations and handouts
 Everyday colour prints and graphics
 Copying and general-purpose printing
Key specifications
 Format: A4 (210 x 297 mm)
 Finish: matt
 Weight: 80 g/m²
 Colour: white
 Sheets per pack: 500
Recommended usage: universal office and home printing
How to use
Load the A4 paper into the paper tray of your inkjet, laser printer or copier following the device manufacturer’s guidelines. Adjust printer settings to match the paper weight (80 g/m²) and matt finish for optimal print quality; select the appropriate paper type in the print dialog when available. For best results with double-sided printing, verify duplex settings and allow freshly printed sheets to dry briefly before stacking.
Usage recommendations
Store the paper flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high humidity to maintain feed reliability and print quality. Avoid exposure to moisture to prevent curling or jams. When printing high-density colour graphics, allow adequate drying time and test a single sheet to confirm printer settings before large runs.
