## Long description

The IGLOO Thermoelectric IE27 ACDC Electric Cooler Box 27 Liters is an efficient and versatile cooling solution designed to keep your food and beverages at the desired temperature during travel, camping, and outdoor adventures. With a practical 27-liter capacity, this electric cooler offers ample space for provisions while maintaining a portable footprint. Equipped with dual power options supporting both AC and DC operation, it seamlessly transitions from standard household outlets to vehicle power sockets, ensuring continuous temperature control wherever your journey takes you.
Advantages
This thermoelectric cooler provides reliable cooling performance without the need for traditional ice, which maximizes the available internal storage space for food and drinks. The dual power capability ensures high flexibility, allowing users to power the unit at home before a trip using AC current and switch to DC vehicle power while on the road. Its durable construction is built to withstand the rigors of outdoor use, while the integrated cooling system delivers consistent temperature maintenance for various perishable items during transit.
Suitable for
Road trips and long-distance driving
Camping and caravanning excursions
Picnics and outdoor leisure activities
Transporting groceries and perishables
When it may not be suitable
This thermoelectric cooler box is not designed to function as a deep freezer and cannot freeze warm items or produce ice from liquids. It relies on ambient temperature differences for cooling efficiency, meaning extremely hot weather environments may limit its lowest achievable internal temperature compared to standard compressor-based refrigeration units.
Key specifications
Capacity: 27 liters
Cooling technology: Thermoelectric
Power compatibility: AC and DC operation
Intended application: Travel, camping, and outdoor cooling
How to use
Before placing items inside the cooler, it is recommended to pre-chill the unit using the AC power supply at home to reach the desired internal temperature more quickly. Pack pre-cooled food and beverages into the compartment, ensuring adequate air circulation around the contents. Connect the cooler to either a standard wall outlet or your vehicle's DC power socket depending on your location, and keep the lid securely closed to maintain optimal thermal efficiency throughout your trip.
What to consider before purchase
Verify available space in your vehicle for the cooler dimensions
Assess your power source accessibility for both AC and DC usage
Evaluate your specific cooling requirements regarding refrigeration versus freezing
Usage recommendations: To maximize energy efficiency and cooling performance, keep the cooler out of direct sunlight and avoid frequently opening the lid during transport.
