## Long description

The IGLOO Thermoelectric IE27 DC Electric Cooler Box with a 27-liter capacity is a reliable and portable cooling solution designed for travel, camping, road trips, and various outdoor activities. This electric cooler box connects directly to a vehicle power source via a DC connection, allowing you to maintain optimal temperatures for your food and beverages while on the move. Built for convenience and freshness, it offers an efficient way to keep your provisions cool during extended journeys without the need for traditional ice.
Advantages
This thermoelectric cooler provides consistent temperature maintenance powered directly by your vehicle, eliminating the hassle and mess of melting ice while maximizing usable interior storage space. Its 27-liter capacity strikes a balance between portability and ample room for daily supplies during trips. The lightweight construction ensures it is easy to load, transport, and unload from your vehicle, making it a practical companion for outdoor enthusiasts and frequent travelers alike.
Suitable for
Camping trips and outdoor adventures
Road trips and long-distance driving
Transporting groceries and perishables
Picnics and day outings
When it may not be suitable
This cooler box is not designed to function as a standard freezer and cannot freeze items or lower the internal temperature significantly below ambient levels in extreme heat conditions without prior chilling. It also lacks a standard AC household plug adapter for direct wall socket use unless an appropriate power converter is purchased separately.
Key specifications
27-liter capacity
Thermoelectric cooling technology
DC vehicle power operation
Portable design for travel and outdoor use
How to use
Place the cooler box on a stable, flat surface inside your vehicle and secure it properly using seatbelts or cargo straps to prevent shifting during transit. Load pre-chilled food and beverages inside to achieve the best cooling results. Insert the DC power cord into the vehicle socket to begin operation. Avoid placing warm items directly into the cooler, as thermoelectric units perform best when maintaining temperatures rather than chilling warm contents from scratch.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that your vehicle is equipped with a compatible DC power socket
Evaluate whether the 27-liter capacity meets your storage needs
Consider purchasing an AC power adapter if you plan to use standard wall outlets
Usage recommendations: For optimal performance, always load items that are already cold before starting your journey. Keep the lid closed as much as possible to maintain internal temperature stability and disconnect the unit from the vehicle power source when the engine is turned off for extended periods to preserve your vehicle battery.
