It supports IEEE 802.3, 802.3u, 802.3ab, 802.3x and 802.3az (Energy Efficient Ethernet) and can learn up to 16K MAC addresses, offering a straightforward solution to upgrade legacy networks to Gigabit performance while reducing power consumption through EEE.
