The Intellinet SFP Transceiver Module GLC-LH-SM is a Gigabit Fibre SFP transceiver with a 1000Base-LX (LC) single-mode interface designed for optical links up to 10 km. Housed in an aluminium metal enclosure, the module is MSA compliant and pin-compatible with Cisco GLC-LH-SM, offering a compact, hot-pluggable solution for high-density fibre connections with a typical power consumption of about 1 W and operation at 3.3 V.
Advantages
The aluminium metal housing reduces electromagnetic interference and improves durability, while the mini-GBIC (SFP) form factor saves space in racks and equipment with many fibre ports.
