The Inter-Tech ST-2523 Black is a hot-swap storage enclosure designed for installation in a 3.5" external bay and supports two 2.5" drives with a height of up to 9.7 mm. Constructed from metal and plastic, the enclosure allows direct insertion of drives without additional mounting frames and includes an insulating mat to prevent electrical contact between the drive and the enclosure. Each hot-swap frame features an intelligent eject mechanism that pushes the drive out for easy removal and can be locked separately to protect against theft.
