The cooking plate measures 480 x 320 mm and features an Excellence heating element for even heat distribution across the entire surface. The unit includes an electronic control with a digital display, five temperature levels (100, 150, 180, 200 and 230 °C) and a removable connector. The plate has a Pfluon Granite Black non-stick coating that is PFOA-free and offers high hardness and scratch resistance. The SuperDiet System allows the surface to tilt so grease and sauces collect in a drip tray for easier removal.

How to use
