Clean the chip surface with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive side of a heatsink and press it firmly onto the target chip for several seconds to ensure good contact. Repeat for remaining heatsinks. Allow the adhesive to set before powering the board. No screws or tools are required for mounting.
Usage recommendations
Place heatsinks only on flat, non-moving components and avoid covering connectors or components that require airflow. For heavy overclocking or sustained high loads, consider active cooling (fan) in addition to these passive heatsinks.
