TerraMaster D8 Hybrid is an 8-bay hybrid RAID enclosure for local storage expansion in home and home-office environments. The chassis accepts high-capacity 3.5" and 2.5" SATA HDDs, 2.5" SATA SSDs and M.2 NVMe SSDs, enabling a mixed hot-and-cold storage strategy that separates frequently accessed data on NVMe drives from archival data on SATA drives. The unit connects via USB Type-C and is compatible with a wide range of host interfaces and operating systems, making it suitable as an external DAS for PCs, Macs and Linux machines or as additional capacity for compatible NAS devices.
