## Summary description

Protective bodywork spray K2 (model L310) is a 500 ml aerosol for corrosion protection and surface coating of vehicle body parts. The black formula creates a protective film that helps seal seams, underbody areas and exposed metal against moisture and road contaminants. Intended for automotive maintenance, rust prevention and spot repairs.

## Long description

K2 bodywork protection spray 500 ml, black (L310) is a 500 ml aerosol designed to provide a protective coating for vehicle body parts. The black formulation forms a flexible film that helps seal seams, underbody areas and exposed metal surfaces against moisture, salt and road contaminants. The product is intended for automotive maintenance, rust prevention and targeted spot repairs on body panels, wheel arches and chassis components.
Advantages
The spray creates a durable, adhesive black layer that resists flaking and offers long-term protection against corrosion in treated areas. Its aerosol delivery allows controlled application to hard-to-reach spots and irregular surfaces. The film remains flexible after drying, helping to absorb minor impacts and avoid cracking under chassis vibrations and thermal cycling.
Suitable for
Sealing seams and joints on vehicle body panels
Protecting wheel arches, sills and underbody components
Spot repairs on exposed metal after sanding or rust removal
Coating welded areas and chassis parts to prevent corrosion
Key specifications
Form: aerosol spray, 500 ml container volume
 Color: black protective film
Film properties: flexible, adhesive and resistant to flaking
Application: suitable for seams, underbody, wheel arches and exposed metal
Drying: air-dry to touch and form protective layer (drying time depends on temperature and thickness of application)
How to use
Shake the can well before use. Clean and degrease the surface to remove loose rust, dirt and old coatings; for best results, remove heavy corrosion before application. Hold the aerosol 20–30 cm from the surface and apply several thin, even coats rather than one thick coat, allowing short flash-off time between passes. After application, allow the film to dry and cure according to ambient temperature and humidity conditions. Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid inhalation of vapors.
Usage recommendations
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as gloves and eye protection. Do not apply to hot surfaces or near open flames. Store the product upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sources of ignition. For optimal corrosion protection, combine with prior anti-corrosion treatment and follow manufacturer maintenance intervals.
