The Kathrein EXR 25516 satellite multiswitch provides 5 inputs and 16 outputs to distribute four satellite polarisation/positioning levels plus terrestrial signals to multiple receivers. It delivers 25 dB decoupling for horizontal and vertical signals and an output level up to 109 dBµV. The compact housing (239 mm × 43 mm × 148 mm) is intended for indoor installation and supports cascaded system expansion.
Advantages
The multiswitch allows each receiver to use a single coaxial line (two lines for twin receivers) while enabling independent selection of horizontal/vertical and low/high bands from any receiver via 14/18 V and 0/22 kHz signalling.
